I placed an order 2 days ago yet your site still shows pending, when am I likely to receive my order?

If you place your order, our obligation is to despatch the order in the next working day, providing that all items are in stock and we can verify your payment in full. Please take note working days exclude public holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). In the rare case that our system cannot verify your payment automatically, one of our trained advisors will verify your payment manually by contacting you in email or telephone, thus causing delay of 1 day or so.
