My order has been at the ‘processing’ status for over three days now, what should I do?

The ‘processing’ status means that your order has been passed to our warehouse for picking and sending. If the order status is updated to ‘processing’ on Friday, it may remain so over the weekend and will be updated on Monday. Please check back on Monday.

Otherwise, there may be a problem with one or more of the items on your order. Please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible and we will investigate any hold up with the order and advise you on the best way to rectify the issue.
