Where is the rest of my order? Only part of my order has arrived!

If you have ordered multiple items please be advised that they may not be packaged together, your packing invoices will confirm if this is the case. For example if split into two packages your order number will remain the same but will read PO123456-1 on one invoice and PO123456-2 on the other invoice . Please note you may not receive all of your packages at the same time.
