Some of our customers are confused on the legality of flashcarts such as R4, DSTT, AceKard, N5, M3, EDGE, Supercard, iTouch & DSiPayer illegal. The following explains it all:

Rob Saunders, a spokesman for Nintendo UK, in the Article on The Times UK, confirms that these adapters themselves are legal, but the purposes that some people use it for can be illegal.

• Use homebrew applications, including homebrew-games, internet-browsing applications, and may other amazing pieces of software available to convert your Nintendo DS into a wide variety of useful tools!
• Play MP3s of songs you already own.
• Play movies that you already own.
• Play backup versions of games you already own.

• Play backup versions of games that you do NOT already own.
• Play pirated or copyrighted MP3s or Movies that you do not own or have not bought.
